Andrew Heron
Andrew Heron trained boxers from grassroots to National level Championship. Andrew has attended two of Lennox Lewis’ training camps where he worked with Lennox's chief sparring partner, Egerton Marcus, a bronze medalist at the '88 Olympics. He has also worked in Lockport New York where he trained Amer Abdallah, another Kickboxer he coached to Championship status.

Teresa Rego is a mom of five who was twice widowed. She has competed in more than 20 figure and women's physique competitions on Provincial, National and International levels, under the tutelage of IFBB PRO Mindi O'Brien. Teresa competed in Las Vegas at the Amateur Olympia and earned her IFBB pro card in women's bodybuilding. She is also a level 1 boxing coach with extensive boxing training and sparring experience. In the industry for nearly 28 years, she and Andrew have been partners since HUF’s inception.

He also settled for a bronze placing at the 2004 provincial championships. Matt has very good knowledge of the fight game from being actively being involved with fighting and training since the age of 18. Matt's passion and love is boxing, but he also loves weight training. In the past few years Matt has not only taken personal boxing and weight training seriously he has also taken his training seriously as well. From weights 5x per week cardio and boxing as well Matt is a very intense trainer who can help you reach your fitness/ boxing goals with his enjoyable yet no nonsense approach to training when it comes to obtaining your fitness and boxing goals.
